A native of Fort Lauderdale, David has deep-rooted connections to the area, having spent the majority of his life immersed in its vibrant community. His academic journey took him from the halls of Elon University, where he graduated in 1998, to the prestigious Nova Southeastern University, where he earned his Master's in Business Administration in 2003.
David's extensive experience in real estate is both broad and diverse. He has successfully navigated the complexities of various real estate ventures, including vacant land sales, grove and agricultural acreage, oceanfront and lakefront developments, commercial and income-producing properties, fractional ownership, and an array of residential properties.
